Filling an enrolment intake with local search and content

Technical SEO, local listings and a content programme aimed squarely at parents researching options.

Website pages and search result listings for Daryeel Institute enrolment campaign

The problem

Daryeel filled intakes by word of mouth, which worked until a competitor started appearing above them in local search. Parents researching options online were not finding the institute at all, and the website gave them no reason to enquire when they did.

What we did

  1. Ran a technical SEO audit and fixed the crawl, speed and structure problems it surfaced.
  2. Claimed and completed local listings so the institute appeared in map results.
  3. Researched the questions parents actually search for when comparing institutions.
  4. Built a content programme answering those questions, one page per topic.
  5. Rebuilt the enrolment path so every page had an obvious next step.

The outcome

  • Site indexed correctly and appearing for local enrolment searches
  • Content library addressing the real questions parents ask
  • A single, tracked enrolment funnel replacing scattered contact points
  • Enquiry volume no longer dependent on word of mouth alone
